The Festival of Life is a Vegan event. Noone may use the space to sell any animal products whatsoever including - honey, leather, feathers, silk, wool, sea shells, eggs, milk , fish etc. We prefer that all participants be vegetarian or at least aspire to be vegetarian

Stalls are 6 foot in length with shared half stalls also available. Outside stall holders are to provide their own tables and cover if they require it.
Please bring your own seats or stools. Some free basic (very basic) accommodation can be arranged for those coming from outside of London, let us know if you are interested.

Stallholders can set up between 6pm – 10pm on Friday 31st Aug. or between 9am and 10.00am on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd Sept. However due to parking restrictions (weekday no nearby free parking until after 6.30pm and Saturdays after 1.30pm ) we recommend a Friday eve set-up.

The festival finishes at 7pm on Sunday and we request that the premises are cleared by 8.30pm. There is the option for stalls that are staying for the whole weekend to leave their goods locked in the building over night

Food stalls are requested to send a copy of food registration, food hygiene certificate and public liability insurance where appropriate.

Please no plastic or polystyrene bags cups plates etc..
