Raw Hummous

2 cups sprouted chickpeas/garbanzos
1 tbls olive oil
1 heaped tsp sea salt
1/2 cup water
Dash of cayenne
Pinch of basil
1 clove of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Mix all ingredients in blender. Roll it in cabbage leaves or try it on raw crackers.

Date and Banana Balls

2 bananas
10 chopped dates
1 tablespoon carob powder
Desicated coconut
A little lemon juice
Mix all ingredients with a couple of tablespoons of coconut in a blender. Add lemon juice or water if too thick to blend.
Roll into balls then roll in desicated coconut.
Eat.
